Mitä tarkoittaa
Usufruct on oikeudellinen käsite, joka viittaa oikeuteen nauttia toisen henkilön omaisuudesta ilman, että omaisuuden omistus siirtyy. Usufruct on yleinen käsite erityisesti civil law -järjestelmissä, ja se voi koskea erilaisia omaisuuslajeja, kuten maata, rakennuksia tai muita resursseja.
