chin-up englannista suomeksi
An exercise done for strengthening the arms and back, in which one lifts one's own weight while hanging from a bar. It can be defined more restrictively on criteria like the arms starting at lock-out, or the chin requiring contact with the bottom of the bar, or touching the neck to the bar.
''specifically'', such an exercise with palms toward the shoulders.
''There might be handles that are parallel to each other, giving you a grip option that's halfway in between a pull-up and chin-up.''
''In a pull-up, your hands are pronated (which means palms are facing away from the body) and your grip is wider. In a chin-up, your hands are supinated (palms are toward the body) and your grip is more narrow.''
